How To Play
Each player is allowed a maximum of two rolls of the dice. On the first roll, the player may choose to accept the outcome of the dice, or reroll one, two or all three dice of their choice. At the end of the second roll, the player must answer the dice in the manner below. Rerolled dice are final. Players can only roll the number of dice equal to the number of joints to play. For example: At the beginning of their turn, if a player has only one joint left, they can only roll one dice. Play continues in a clockwise rotation.
Disclaimer: Weed is not included.
You rolled a joint!!! Everyone yells “PUFF-PUFF-PASS.” The Tender proclaims the game PAUSED for the cause and holds the dice. The Tender gives the PPP roller a house joint. This house joint comes from the Tender/host personal supply (not from the dispensary and not a tubed/wrapped joint in play) that is lit and Puff, Puff, Passed un
You have control of the supply in the Dispensary. (As this game originated in Hawaii, this is representative of Bill 121 in 329 Hawaii code which gives supply designation powers.) You can choose one or as many players as you like to supply the Dispensary with joints. Note: when choosing more than one player, the amount supplied must be even among all players. (Example, each player gives the same amount. One player cannot be requested to give more than another unless it is a single request from a single player). Be as deviate or as understanding as you dare.
NOTE:
Any joints won during the game, must immediately be removed from
the tube and the game table. Winnings CAN NOT RE-enter play.
Winners!
Winners!
Each game can have multiple winners. Once a 420 combination is rolled, the roller wins all joints in the dispensary at that time. The game continues with the next player with eligible joints to play. The player with the last joint(s), is the final winner and any joints in the dispensary. If an ending battle between the last two players extends 3 rolls, the two players will then use the same single dice, and the first player to roll wins the game.
Each game can have multiple lit joints in circulation at the same <me. For example, if 5-5-5 is rolled, a joint would circulate the table to the right. If 6-6-6 is rolled later, then another joint would circulate to the time left. If P-P-P is rolled thereafter, that would conceivably be 3 joints in circulation. You must PPP on each joint individually as they reach you. Don’t be a PPPunk!
